Рассчитать референсные интервалы содержания органических кислот в моче у детей различных возрастных групп  на основе результатов,  полученных с помощью  метода газовой хроматографии  с масс-спектрометрией; выяснить их диагностическую значимость как биохимических маркеров органических ацидемий и других нарушений обмена. Материалы и методы. Группу пациентов составили 80 детей с подозрением на органические ацидемии. Контрольная группа состояла из 443 практически здоровых детей разных возрастов. Анализ проб мочи на содержание 28 органических кислот проводили методом газовой хроматографии с масс-спектрометрией.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Установлены референсные интервалы содержания 28 органических кислот мочи. Выявлены отличия в референсных интервалах, определенных в настоящей работе, от полученных в других исследованиях. По результатам анализа проб мочи пациентов методом газовой хромато-масс-спектрометрии были выявлены 37 детей с нарушениями в спектре органических кислот. На основании характерных клинико-лабораторных данных и изменений в показателях органических кислот у 23 пациентов диагностированы разные формы органических ацидемий.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Метод газовой хроматографии с масс-спектрометрией показал свою эффективность и надежность для диагностики наследственных заболеваний из группы органических ацидемий.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The objective</title><p>The objective. To calculate the reference intervals of the content of organic acids in the urine of the children of different age groups based on the results of gas chromatography with mass spectrometry; to find out their diagnostic value as biochemical markers of organic acidemia and other metabolic disorders.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The group consisted of 80 children with suspected organic acidemia. The control group consisted of 443 practically healthy children of different ages. The urine samples were analyzed for the content of 28 organic by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry.</p></sec><sec><title>The results</title><p>The results. The authors established reference intervals of 28 organic urine acids. The differences in the reference intervals defined in this work were isolated from those obtained in other studies. There were identified 37 children with abnormalities in the spectrum of organic acids according to the results of the analysis of the urine samples of patients by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 23 patients were diagnosed with various forms of organic acidemia on the basis of characteristic clinical and laboratory data and changes in the indicators of organic acids.</p></sec><sec><title>The conclusion</title><p>The conclusion.
