Цель исследования. Оценка клинической эффективности полиметилсилоксана полигидрата (Энтеросгель) в комплексном лечении заболеваний органов пищеварения у детей первого года жизни.

Пациенты и методы

Пациенты и методы. Проведен ретроспективный анализ клинического течения заболеваний органов пищеварения неинфекционной этиологии у 38 пациентов первого года жизни (возраст 0,40 [0,25; 0,58] года; сплошное исследование пациентов), в комплексное лечение которых включали препарат Энтеросгель. Группу сравнения составили 12 детей (возраст 0,42 [0,25; 0,60] года) с болезнями органов пищеварения, в комплексное лечение которых препарат Энтеросгель не включали. Проводили сравнительную оценку симптомов интоксикации, характера стула, показателей клинических анализов крови и длительности пребывания в стационаре.

Результаты

Результаты. Купирование симптомов интоксикации, нормализация стула у пациентов, в  комплексное лечение которых включали препарат Энтеросгель, происходили быстрее, длительность пребывания в стационаре уменьшалась в 2 раза, негативных изменений в анализах крови и побочных эффектов действия препарата не отмечено.

Заключение

Заключение. Введение препарата Энтеросгель в  комплексное лечение заболеваний органов пищеварения у детей первого года жизни сопровождается более быстрым купированием патологических симптомов и снижает длительность их пребывания в  стационаре, не  сопровождается побочными эффектами, что  позволяет рекомендовать использование препарата Энтеросгель в комплексном лечении детей первого года жизни.

Purpose of the study

Purpose of the study. Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of polymethylsiloxane polyhydrate (Enterosgel) in the complex treatment of children of the first year of life with diseases of the digestive system.

Patients and methods

Patients and methods. The authors carried out a retrospective analysis of the clinical course of diseases of the digestive organs of noninfectious etiology, the study included 38 patients of the first year of life (age 0.40 [0.25; 0.58] years; a continuousstudy of patients), who were treated with Enterosgel in the complex treatment. The comparison group consisted of 12 children (age 0.42 [0.25; 0.60] years) with diseases of the digestive organs, who did notreceive Enterosgel in complex treatment. The authors carried out a comparative assessment of the symptoms of intoxication, the nature of the stool, indicators of clinical blood tests and length of stay in the hospital.

Results

Results. The patients treated with Enterosgel demonstrated faster relief of intoxication symptoms and stool normalization; the length of hospital stay decreased 2 times, negative changes in blood tests and side effects of the drug were not observed.

Conclusion

Conclusion. Complex treatment with Enterosgel of the diseases of the digestive organs in children of the first year of life is accompanied by more rapid relief of pathological symptoms and it reduces stay in the hospital, it is not accompanied by side effects, allowing us to recommend Enterosgel for the complex treatment of children of the first year of life.
