В статье приводятся два клинических наблюдения (у детей 4,5 года и 1 года 9 мес) редкого детского экзантемного заболевания – односторонней латероторакальной экзантемы, ассоциированной с герпетическими инфекциями. Особенностью представленных клинических случаев является распространение высыпаний на туловище и контралатеральную сторону, а также рецидивирующее течение болезни.

The article describes two clinical cases of a rare children’s exanthemous disease – a unilateral laterothoracic exanthema associated with herpetic infections in a 4.5-year-old and 1.9-year-old children. These clinical cases are characterized by the spread of lesions on the body and the contralateral side, as well as the recurrent course of the disease.
