

Клинические особенности постковидного синдрома у детей

Аннотация
Большинство детей полностью выздоравливают после новой коронавирусной инфекции, однако у некоторых длительно сохраняются разнообразные стойкие симптомы. Широкий спектр симптомов, возникающих в течение нескольких недель или месяцев после заражения SARS-CoV-2, называют длительным COVID-19-состоянием (постковидным синдромом). В обзоре представлены данные литературы о продолжительности и клинических особенностях постковидного синдрома у детей. Малое число исследований длительного COVID-19-состояния не позволяет сделать однозначных выводов, однако следует учитывать, что последствия перенесенной новой коронавирусной инфекции могут существенно влиять на состояние здоровья детей и их качество жизни в будущем.
