Респираторные события во время сна у детей первого года жизни и их референтные величины

Аннотация
Приводятся референтные величины важнейших респираторных событий, фиксируемых во время сна по данным полисомнографического обследования 2073 детей первого года жизни. Референтные величины разработаны в соответствии с принятым LMS (лямбда-мю-сигма) алгоритмом сглаживания показателей, максимально приближающего расчетные значения к фактическим данным. Представлены центильные кривые и табличные значения референтных величин индексов, максимальной продолжительности и плотности различных видов апноэ, периодического дыхания, показателей сатурации и индексов десатурации в отдельные фазы сна у детей в возрасте от 1 до 52 нед. Приведенные референтные показатели сопоставляются с имеющимися данными литературы.
