Влияние грелина на метаболические процессы и артериальное давление у детей

Аннотация
В обзоре литературы отражены результаты современных научных работ, осветивших роль грелина в метаболических процессах. Он стимулирует потребление пиши и участвует в регуляции энергетического гомеостаза, углеводного обмена, массы организма, что позволяет в будущем синтезировать лечебные вакцины на его основе. Грелин непосредственно воздействует на состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы и уровень артериального давления. Обозначены многочисленные влияния гормона на функцию желудочно-кишечного тракта. Гормон обладает мощном противовоспалительной активностью. Описано его воздействие на процессы обучения, возможное участие в патогенезе депрессии и нейродегенеративных заболеваний.
