МЕХАНИЗМЫ РЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТИ К ИММУНОСУПРЕССИВНОЙ ТЕРАПИИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С НЕФРОТИЧЕСКИМ СИНДРОМОМ

Аннотация
Приводится современный взгляд на механизмы резистентности к иммуносупрессивной терапии у пациентов с нефротическим синдромом. Актуальность проблемы обусловлена тем, что в большинстве случаев молекулярная основа стероидрезистентного нефротического синдрома неизвестна. Это вызвало необходимость изучения фармакокинетических, динамических и генетических аспектов иммуносупрессивных препаратов, используемых для лечения нефротического синдрома. Рассматриваются механизмы и причины возникновения резистентности к основным применяемым иммуносупресивным препаратам. Обсуждается возможность генотипирования пациентов с нефротическим синдромом до начала лечения, что в перспективе позволит учитывать генотипические особенности больных для назначения оптимальных персонализированных схем иммуносупрессивной терапии.
