ОБНОВЛЕННЫЕ ЕВРОПЕЙСКИЕ РЕКОМЕНДАЦИИ ПО ВВЕДЕНИЮ ПРИКОРМА У ДЕТЕЙ – ТЕМА ДЛЯ РАЗМЫШЛЕНИЙ

Аннотация

Представлены обновленные рекомендации Европейского общества детских гастроэнтерологов, гепатологов и нутрициологов, в которых рассматриваются сроки, состав и методы введения прикорма у здоровых доношенных европейских детей.  Отражены основные позиции по срокам введения различных блюд прикорма, в том числе основных аллергенсодержащих  продуктов (глютен, яйцо, рыба, коровье молоко и т.д.). Обсуждаются основные выводы международных исследований,  посвященных введению прикорма и его связи с развитием аллергических заболеваний. Представлены обновленные рекомендации, касающиеся сроков введения глютена у младенцев и риска развития целиакии в детском возрасте. Сравниваются  различные стили кормления ребенка.
