Функциональные гастроинтестинальные расстройства у детей раннего возраста: критерии диагностики и подходы к диетотерапии

Аннотация
Функциональные нарушения пищеварения у детей раннего возраста встречаются часто. Около половины детей имеют хотя бы один из таких симптомов функциональных нарушений желудочно-кишечного тракта, как срыгивания, кишечные колики, запоры, а нередко – сочетание нескольких симптомов. Механизмы формирования функциональных нарушений многообразны и определяются не только анатомо-физиологическими особенностями, но и расстройствами вегетативной и гуморальной регуляции организма ребенка. Белковый и липидный состав смеси на основе козьего молока Kabrita® Gold способствует улучшению пищеварения. Смесь может быть рекомендована детям раннего возраста с функциональными нарушениями желудочно-кишечного тракта, находящимися на искусственном вскармливании, при отсутствии признаков атопии.
