Аннотация

Представлены классификации и эпидемиология острого повреждения почек у новорожденных и детей. По данным международных многоцентровых эппидемиологических исследований, развитие острого почечного повреждения у новорожденных является основным и независимым фактором риска смертности. В педиатрической нефрологии обсуждена проблема эволюции эпидемиологии острого повреждения почек от первичного заболевания почек к вторичному вследствие другого системного заболевания или его лечения у детей.
