Клинические проявления и дифференциальный диагноз атопического дерматита у детей раннего возраста

Аннотация
Атопический дерматит – одно из наиболее распространенных дерматологических заболеваний детей грудного и раннего детского возраста. Заболевание имеет хроническое рецидивирующее течение и характеризуется зудом, эритемой, лихенификацией и шелушением. В типичных случаях диагноз устанавливается клинически на основании имеющихся диагностических критериев. Однако аналогичные клинические проявления встречаются и при ряде других заболеваний, которые могут имитировать, сопутствовать или осложнять течение атопического дерматита. К ним относятся воспалительные состояния кожи, инфекции, паразитарные заболевания, генодерматозы, иммунодефициты и злокачественные новообразования, а также нарушения питания, болезнь трансплантат против хозяина и лекарственная болезнь. Знание спектра этих заболеваний и их отличительных особенностей имеет решающее значение для правильной и своевременной диагностики атопического дерматита, подбора оптимального лечения.
