Современные рекомендации по ведению детей с функциональным запором
Аннотация
Несмотря на то что функциональные запоры являются распространенной и поэтому актуальной проблемой педиатрии, существуют трудности ведения данной категории пациентов. В статье приводятся современные рекомендации, касающиеся диагностики и терапии функциональных запоров у детей, основанные на принципах доказательной медицины. Особое внимание уделено возрастным аспектам проблемы запора в детском возрасте.
