Исследование кинетики миокарда в клинической практике: нормативные показатели деформации, ротации, скручивания

Аннотация
Современные методы эхокардиографического обследования знакомы большинству кардиологов — это изучение деформации, ротации, скручивания миокарда и пр. Однако не все практикующие специалисты представляют себе возможности внедрения в клиническую практику результатов этих современных обследований. Внедрение затрудняет отсутствие платформонезависимых технологий и нормативных данных в разных возрастных диапазонах, а также высокий удельный вес субъективизма исследователя при съеме данных. В статье приводятся особенности методики проведения эхокардиографического исследования для анализа показателей, нижняя граница нормативов по деформации миокарда (продольной, поперечной, циркулярной), ротации, скручиванию с учетом различий по полу, возрасту и т.д., а также особенности изменения исследуемых показателей при основных группах заболеваний миокарда.
